| 摘 要： | 目的研究土贝母苷甲（tubeimoside1，苷甲）对人低分化鼻咽癌上皮细胞株（CNE-2Z）丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase，MAPK）活性的影响。方法采用放射自显影、液闪和蛋白质免疫印迹法检测MAPK的活性。结果三种实验方法得到的结果一致表明，苷甲有快速激活MAPK的效果。结论激活MAPK信号转导通路可能是苷甲诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的途径之一。
