摘    要:目的 探讨周围型肝内胆管细胞癌(PIHCC)螺旋CT(SCT)动态增强扫描特征与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法 24例PIHCC患者行SCT动态增强检查,利用免疫组化SP法测定对24例共28个ICC病灶用抗CD34记微血管,进行免疫特异性染色,计数肿瘕组织中的MVD。结果PIHCC的SCT不同动态增强形式组建的MVD值存在统计学差异,有侵袭转移组、胆管扩张纽病灶的MVD高于无侵袭转移组、无胆管扩张纽,结论 PIHCC动态增强扫描特征在一定程度上能够反映并评估肿瘤血管生成的情况。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of enhancement imaging features of PIHCC and tumor microvessel density(MVD).Methods Twenty four cases of patients with PIHCC underwent dynamic enhancement scanning.Immunihistochemical analysis was carried out on 28 leisions by using antibodies against CD 34 to quantity MVD of peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(PIHCC).Results There was correlation between MVD and dynamic enhancement parttern(P<0.05);MVD in the groups of invasion and metastases and biliary dilation were higher than non-metastases and non-biliary dilation(P<0.05).Conclusion The imaging features of dynamic enhancement in PIHCC could reflect and evaluate tumor angiogenesis.
