肺癌驱动基因及相关靶向治疗研究进展

肺癌是全球范围内发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。传统化疗为主的治疗手段使肺癌的疗效难以获得突破性的进展。随着分子生物学研究的深入，发现一些基因的突变在肿瘤的发生发展中起驱动作用，靶向这些基因的治疗措施使患者获益显著。全文就近年来肺癌驱动基因的发现及其相关靶向治疗药物的研究进展做一综述。

Research Progress of Driver Gene and Target Therapy in Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality rates in the world. Traditional treatment with chemotherapeutic agents failed to get a breakthrough in cu- rative effect. With the development of molecular biology, studies have identified mutations in specific genes that are involved in driving the development of lung cancer,and patients benefit significantly from treatment targeting these genes. This review focuses on these driver genes recently identified in lung cancer and summarizes the progress in clinical drug trials of targeted driver genes.
