跖背皮瓣在高位足拇趾毁损创面修复中的改良与应用

目的:探讨创伤反应波及内的第一跖背皮瓣修复足拇趾高位损伤创面的方法以及跖背皮瓣对其疗效评价。方法:对我院收治的7例高位足拇趾毁损患者行保留第二足趾胫侧皮蒂,以第一趾蹼交通支为旋转点的半岛状皮瓣修复足姆趾创面,并对其进行随访。结果:修复高位足姆趾创面7例,皮瓣全部成活,外形满意,足部功能保存满意,脚趾无趾骨坏死以及压迫性溃疡的发生。结论:保留第二足趾胫侧皮蒂的第一跖背皮瓣有效地增加皮瓣血运及皮瓣渡过创伤反应的能力,是一修复高位足拇趾毁损创面的有效方法。

Improved Wound Healing and Application of Dorsal Metatarsal Flap Damage in High Enough Toe

Objective: To investigate the wound reaction spread to the first dorsal metatarsal flap high enough to damage the wound toe method and evaluate its efficacy dorsal metatarsal flap. Method: The hospital treated seven cases of high foot toe damage in patients with tibial peattie keep the second toe to toe web traffic branch of the first rotation point of the peninsula-shaped flap of foot toe wound,and its follow-up. Results: High foot toe wound repair in 7 cases,all flaps survived,appearance satisfaction,satisfaction with foot function preservation,toes without toe necrosis and the occurrence of pressure ulcers. Conclusion: Retained tibial second toe of the first dorsal metatarsal peattie effective in increasing flap blood supply and the capacity to respond through the trauma,is high enough to repair the damage to the wound toe effective way.
