妇产科腹部手术脂肪液化73例分析

目的:探讨妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的有效治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析在我院2003年1月至2010年12月间进行妇产科腹部手术出现手术切口脂肪液化的73例患者,其中35例患者采取的是常规治疗方法作为对照组,38例患者采取微波治疗法作为实验组,观察两组的临床治疗效果.结果:实验组患者切口愈合时间为7.32±8.24d,总有效率为92.11%;对照组分别为10.84±13.34d,总有效率为74.29%,两组数据P<0.05均具有显著差异.结论:相对于常规治疗方法,微波疗法可以降低切口脂肪液化的愈合时间,提高治疗的有效率.

Analysis of 73 Fat Liquefaction in Gynecologic Abdominal Incision

Objective: To study effective treatment of fat liquefaction in gynecologic abdominal incision.Method: In our hospital from Jan.2003 to Dec.2010,73 fat liquefaction in gynecologic abdominal incision were divided into two groups,one is therapy group of treatment with microwave 38 cases and the other is conventional treatment group 35 cases.After treatment,We observed the clinical results.Result:Experimental group wound healing time was 8.24 ± 7.32 days,total effective rate was 92.11%;those in the control group were 10.84 ± 13.34d,total effective rate was 74.29%,There were significantly different between the datas(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment with microwave in the treatment of fat liquefaction in gynecologic abdominal incision superior to conventional treatment,It can reduce the healing time,cut fat liquefaction and improve the efficiency of treatment.
