扁桃体挤切术剥离术及低温等离子消融术临床应用体会

目的:观察三种扁桃体切除术的治疗效果。方法:通过对42例扁桃体挤切术,42例扁桃体剥离术及30例低温等离子消融术摘除扁桃体,对手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、白膜脱落的时间进行两两比较。结果:扁桃体挤切术手术时间少于传统的剥离组和等离子组,差别有统计学意义。等离子组术中出血量少于挤切组及剥离组。术后创面疼痛等离子组轻于挤切组和剥离组。结论:挤切组手术时间短,创伤小,经济,仍是一种值得推广的扁桃体手术.低温等离子术中出血少,术后疼痛轻是其优势,但费用高。

The Clinical Experiecne of Tonsillectomy by Guillotine Tonsillectomy by Dissection and Plasma Radiofrequency Treatment at Low Temperature

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of three approaches for tonsillectomy.Method: 42 cases were performed with tonsillectomy by guillotine,42 cases with tonsillectomy by dissection,and 30 cases with plasm radiofrequency at low temperature plasma,the duration of operation and blood loss,mops score,tunica albuginea exfoliating were compared respectively.Result: Method of tonsillectomy guillotine operation time and tunica albuginea exfoliating time less than traditional tonsillectomy and low temperature-controlled plasma radio-frequency.The difference was statistically significant.The application of low temperature-controlled plasma radio-frequency has the advantage of less blood loss,Significantly reduce the postoperative pain.Conclusion: Method of tonsillectomy guillotine has the advantage of short operation time,less trauma,costs less,is still a kind of worth extending tonsillectomy.Low-temperature plasma knife tonsillectomy has the advantages such as less blood loss,little postoperative pain,etc.Thus has a prospective future in clinical application,but the high cost of surgery.
