微创碎吸引流术对高血压脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学影响研究

摘    要:目的:探讨微创碎吸引流术对高血压脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2009年1月至2011年6月于本院采用微创碎吸引流术进行治疗的45例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,将其手术前及手术后7d及14d的红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学结果进行检测及比较。结果:术后7d及14d的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容均低于术前,红细胞C3b受体花环率、免疫黏附促进因子高于术前,红细胞免疫复合物花环率、免疫黏附抑制因子低于术前,P<0.05或P<0.01,有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。结论:微创碎吸引流术对高血压脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学的影响较大,术后患者这些指标得到较大的改善。

Study on the Influence of Minimally Invasive Aspiration for the Erythrocyte Immune Function and Hemorheology of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of minimally invasive aspiration for the erythrocyte immune function and hemorheology of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method:45 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated with minimally invasive aspiration in our hospital from Jan.2009 to Jun.2011 were selected as research object,and the erythrocyte immune function and hemorheology of all the patients before and after the surgery at seventh and fourteenth day were detected and compared. Result:The blood viscosity,blood reduced viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit after the surgery at seventh and fourteenth day were all lower than those before the surgery,C3b receptor rosette rate and immune adherence promoting factor of erythrocyte were higher than those before the surgery,immune complex rosette rate and immune inhibitory factor of erythrocyte were lower than those before the surgery,P<0.05 or P<0.01,there were significant differences or very significant differences. Conclusion:The influence of minimally invasive aspiration for the erythrocyte immune function and hemorheology of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is bigger,and these indexes of patients after the surgery are significantly improved.
