高血压脑出血42例临床观察

目的:探讨高血压脑出血的发病原因、机制、治疗方法及预后。方法:回顾性分析我院自2011年1月至2011年6月收治的42例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。结果:共有17例患者出现继续出血,占40.5%,患者多于发病6h内发生继续出血(64.7%),患者经治疗后总有效率为88.1%,出血量大于30mL的7例患者均进行手术治疗,其中1例患者死于脑疝。结论:掌握高血压脑出血的发病原因及机制,采取积极的预防措施和治疗措施,能够降低其发病率和死亡率。

Clinical Research on 42 Cases Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis,mechanisms,treatment and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jun.2011.Result: 17 patients continued bleeding(40.5%) which were more than patients with onset of bleeding to occur within 6 hours(64.7%).The total effective rate of patients after treating was 88.1%.The bleeding was more than 30mL underwent surgery,and one patient died of cerebral hernia.Conclusion: To master the pathogenesis,the mechanisms of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and take positive measures of prevention and treatment can reduce morbidity and mortality.
