| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术不同手术方式(开腹,经阴和腹腔镜三种方式)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年8月于我院妇产科住院行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者173例,按不同的术式分为开腹组、经阴道组和腹腔镜组。结果:阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术(TVM)在手术时间和出血量方面有优势(P<0.05);腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)在术后住院天数,肠功能恢复的时间较阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术和开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术(TAM)短(P<0.05);而开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术适合于剔除直径较大的子宫肌瘤。结论:3种术式各有利弊,术前应个体化选择。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of three types of myomectomy:abdominal,vaginal and laparoscopic method.Mothed: Retrospective analysis was taken from Jan.2009 to Aug.2011 in our hospital among 173 cases of patients with uterine fibroids.All the patients were underwent the abdominal,vaginal and laparoscopic myomectomy.Result: TVM has less operation time and blood lost(P<0.05);LM has less time in postoperative recovery and anal exhaust(P<0.05);TAM is good for big uterine fibroids.Conclusion: Three advantages and disadvantages to myomectomy should be individualized choice before surgery. |
