| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术对乳腺肿块的诊断及治疗价值。方法:对48例乳腺肿块患者在超声引导下Mammotome微创旋除术进行临床分析,并总结其经验。结果:48例乳腺肿块均被准确、完整切除,每个肿块的平均切除时间约为15min,均无并发症发生。术后病理提示:乳腺纤维瘤35例;乳腺纤维襄性增生伴纤维腺瘤形成10例,浸润性导管癌3例。结论:超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术可完整切除3cm以下的乳腺肿块,具有微创、准确、安全、美观、效果好的特点。是目前治疗乳腺肿块最好的、行之有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive biopsy technique for breast tumor diagnosis and therapeutic value.Method: 48 patients with breast tumors in ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery clinical rotation in addition analyze and summarize their experience.Result: 48 cases of breast lumps are accurate,complete reseeted,resection of each tumor,the average time is about 15min,no complication occurred.Pathology Tip: 35 cases of breast fibroma;fiber-hsiang of breast fibroadenoma formation of hyperplasia in 10 cases,3 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma.Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery can be a complete removal of 3cm below the mass,with a minimally invasive,accurate,safe,beautiful,good effect.Is the best treatment of breast lump and effective method. |
