甲氨蝶呤保守治疗与手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效对比观察

目的:比较甲氨蝶呤(MTX)保守治疗与开腹手术及腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠(EP)的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的236例EP患者,其中MTX保守治疗80例,开腹手术治疗77例,腹腔镜手术治疗79例。结果:①MTX组的住院时间明显长于开腹组及腹腔镜组(P<0.05);②腹腔镜组术后的血清β-HCG浓度明显低于MTX组(P<0.05);③腹腔镜组术后输卵管通畅率明显高于MTX组和开腹组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);④腹腔镜组在术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间以及住院时间方面均低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术是治疗EP的有效方法,MTX在严格把握适应症的条件下也能取得较好的效果。

Comparison on the Effect of Drug Treatment with Surgery in Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective: To investigate the effect of medicine treatment with laparoscopic operation and laparotomy on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Method: We selected 236 patients with EP,80 cases were treated with MTX,77 cases were given open surgery and 79 patients were treated with laparoscopic.Result: ①The length of hospital stay in the MTX group was significantly longer than that in the other two groups(P <0.05);②The level of serum β-HCG in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the MTX group(P <0.05);③The tubal patency rate in the laparoscopic group was higher than that in the other two groups(P <0.05);④The blood loss,operative time,discharge time and hospital stay in the laparoscopic group were all lower than that in the laparotomy group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic operation is an effective method in treating EP,and to give MTX properly can get good effects too.
