经皮肾动脉腔内成形术联合支架植入术治疗肾动脉狭窄的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨经皮肾动脉腔内成形术+支架植入术治疗肾动脉狭窄的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析2008年5月至2011年5月我院采用经皮肾动脉腔内成形术+支架植入术治疗64例肾动脉狭窄患者的临床资料,并以同期采用保守治疗的64例患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果和安全性.结果:患者血压下降例数和肾功能改善比例明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:经皮肾动脉腔内成形术+支架植入术治疗肾动脉狭窄可有效降低患者血压水平,改善患者肾功能,疗效肯定.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the percutaneous renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + treatment renal artery the clinical effect of its narrow.Method: Retrospective analysis in May 2008 to May 2011 by our percutaneous renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + 64 cases of renal artery of the treatment of patients with narrow its clinical information,and used the same period with conservative treatment of 64 patients in the control group for comparison,two groups of patients treatment effect and the safety for clinical application.Result: After treatment the observation group patients can drop in blood pressure and renal function improved significantly higher than the control group,the proportion of comparative differences between a statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The skin renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + treatment in its narrow renal artery can effectively reduce the blood pressure level,improve the patients with renal function,sure,and clinical curative effect promotion.
