锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折28例疗效观察

目的:探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法:应用AO锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折28例。结果:23例获得随访,骨折均愈合。根据Neer功能评定标准进行评分:优16例,良5例,可2例,优良率91.3%。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)是治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折的比较可行的方法,可早期进行功能锻炼,疗效满意。

The Complicated Proximal Humeral Fractures Treated by Interlocking Plates

Objective: To explore the clinical results of complicated proximal humeral fractures treated by proximal humeral interlocking plates.Method: Of all 28 patients with complicated proximal humeral fractures,who received the treatment of interlocking plates.Result: Twenty-three patients finished follow-up,all fractures healed successfully.By using Neer Scoring Criteria to evaluate the post-operative function,the excellent were 16 cases,the good were 5 cases,and the fair were 2 cases.The excellent rate was up to 91.3%.Conclusion: Locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of complicated proximal humeral fractures are more feasible option,can be an early functional exercises and acquired satisfactory outcome.
