老年人高血压与眼底动脉硬化的关系研究

目的:探讨老年高血压病对眼底动脉硬化的影响.方法:选取我院自2007年3月至2010年1月收治的130例高血压老年患者按照眼底动脉硬化程度不同分为轻度组75例和中度组55例,探讨两组患者血压与眼底动脉硬化的相关性.结果:①两组患者收缩压、脉压差比较差异不大,但舒张压比较有显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义.②两组高血压病程<5年者差异不大(P>0.05),但6-15年与>15年病程患者有显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义.结论:老年高血压病程、舒张压大小与眼底动脉硬化有显著相关性.

Study on the Relationship between Hypertension and Ocular Fundus Arteriosclerosis in the Elderly

Objective: To study the influence of hypertension in the elderly on ocular fundus arteriosclerosis.Method: Selecting 130 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from Mar.2007 to Jan.2010,who were divided into 2 groups according to the different levels of retinal arteriosclerosis,the mild group(75 cases)and the moderate group(55 cases),and then observed the relationship between hypertension and Ocular fundus arteriosclerosis in the 2 groups.Results: ①The difference of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure was little,but there was significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01),which had statistical significance.②There was no significant difference in duration of hypertension(<5 years) between the 2 groups(P>0.05).But the patients with duration of 6-15 years and >15 years had obvious difference(P<0.01),which had statistical significance.Conclusion: There is significant relevance among duration of hypertension in the elderly,diastolic blood pressure size and ocular fundus arteriosclerosis
