DHS PFN 和LCP 内固定治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床对比

目的:分析比较DHS、PFN 和LCP 内固定治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效,探讨三种方法的优缺点.方法:选37 例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中DHS 内固定10 例,PFN 内固定15例,LCP 内固定12 例.观察比较三种治疗方法在手术时间、术中出血量、负重时间比较、临床愈合时间以及术后髋关节功能评价.结果:LCP 和PFN 手术耗时、术中出血明显、术后负重时间以及骨折临床愈合时间与DHS 组相比,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.01);三组术后髋关节功能评价差别无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:PFN 和LCP 是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折较为有效的方法.

Comparison of Clinical Effects of DHS PFN and LCP Fixation in Treatm ent of Senile Patients with Intertrochanter Fracture of Femur

Objective: To study a reasonable treatment for senile patients with intertrochanter fracture by comparing the of effects of DHS,PFN and LCP fixation. Method:37 patients intertrochanteric hip fractures were retrospectively analyzed.10 cases were treated with DHS,15 cases were treated with PFN and 12 cases were treated with LCP fixation.By comparing the operative time,blood loss,the time of lower extremity,healing time and recovery of hip function in three groups. Result:There was significantly different in the operative time,blood loss,the time of lower extremity,healing time among the PFN group and the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the functional recovery of hip joint function among three groups. Conclusion: The internal fixation of PFN and LCP is better choice for treating senile patients with intertrochanter fracture.
