早期肠内营养支持在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用研究

目的:探讨早期行肠内营养支持在重型颅脑损伤中的临床效果.方法:将80例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用早期肠内营养支持,对照组采用早期肠外营养支持,比较两组患者血清免疫指标、蛋白水平和并发症等.结果:经过两周治疗,观察组患者血清免疫指标、蛋白水平和并发症发生率,均优于对照组,均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:肠内营养支持安全、易行,符合生理特点,重型颅脑损伤患者行早期肠内营养支持,可以显著改善机体免疫力,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用.

The Application of Early Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect early enteral nutrition in severe brain injury.Method: 80 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group,each with 40 cases,then observed group used enteral nutrition early,while the control group used early parenteral nutrition support,patients with immune parameters were compared,the protein level and complications.Result: After two weeks of treatment,the levels of serum immune parameters,the protein level and incidence of complications in observed group were superior than the control group,there were significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion: Enteral nutritional support is safe,easy,consistent with the physiological characteristics for patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Early enteral nutrition can significantly improve immunity,reduce complications,It is worthy of clinical application.
