空心拉力螺钉微创内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床疗效研究

目的:探讨空心拉力螺钉微创内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床应用优势。方法:采用回顾性研究,收集30例于2008年11月至2010年12月在我院骨科就诊的不稳定型骨盆骨折患者,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,分别给予空心拉力螺钉和重建钢板治疗,结果采用X2检验分析。结果:研究组和对照组的优良率分别为100%、85.7%,采用X2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组在骨折愈合时间、断钉和内固定松动发生率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空心拉力螺钉微创内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折中表现出明显的优势,可以取得较好的疗效,创伤较小,愈合时间较短,稳定性较好,降低了并发症的发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy Assessment of Cannulated Lag Screw with Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation in Treatment of Unstable Pelvic Fracture

Objective: To explore clinical advantages of the cannulated lag screw with minimally invasive internal fixation in treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Method: 30 cases with unstable pelvic fracture were given a cannulated lag screws and reconstruction plate in the treatment,results using X2 test analysis.Result: The study group and the control group in good to excellent yields were 100%,85.7%,uses the X2 test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the study group and the control group in the time of fracture healing,broken screw and fixation loosening rate of occurrence of the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The hollow screw with minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures showed a clear advantage,can get better curative effect,less trauma,shorter healing time,good stability,reduce the rate of complications,worthy of clinical application.
