舒适护理应用于剖宫产术围术期的效果及意义

目的:探讨舒适护理应用于剖宫产术围术期的效果及意义.方法:将130 例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各65 例,对照组给予产科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,观察两组产妇手术情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症情况及护理满意度.结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及下床活动时间均明显低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为6.15%,明显低于对照组的29.23%,组间比较有显著差异(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:舒适护理应用于剖宫产术分娩过程中,可有效提高产妇舒适度,改善手术及术后恢复情况,真正体现了现代以人为本的护理理念,是一种较佳的护理方案.

The Effect and Significance of Comfort Care in Cesarean Section During Perioperative

Objective: To investigate the results and significance of comfort care used in cesarean section during perioperative. Method: 130 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,each with 65 cases,the control group received routine obstetric care,observation group were given comfort care on the basis care of control group,Then observed maternal surgery,postoperative recovery,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction. Result: The operative time,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and ambulation time were significantly lower in study group than the control group.There were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.15% in observation group,significantly lower than the control group(29.23%),There were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of care observation group was significantly higher were significantly different satisfaction with care between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion: The comfort care cesarean section delivery,can effectively improve maternal comfort,improve surgery and postoperative recovery,It is a better nursing program with humanoriented concept.
