摘 要: | 目的:探讨潮气末二氧化碳分压评价气管插管时机对心肺复苏成功率的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院急危重症医学科2010-2011年心脏骤停患者78例,其中分为紧急气管插管组38例,延时气管插管组40例,通过对潮气末二氧化碳分压的变化对照分析两组患者的抢救成功率的差异。结果:紧急气管插管组患者与延时气管插管组患者比较,心脏骤停时(0min)petCO2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者petCO2水平在成功气管插管后2、5、10、20min比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者初始复苏成功率及最终复苏成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心脏骤停患者紧急气管插管明显提高了复苏成功率。

Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the tracheal intubation timing on the impact of the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation by end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure.Method: Retrospectively analysed 78 cases cardiac arrest in our emergency and critical care medicine from 2010 to 2011,They were divided into emergency tracheal intubation group(n=38) and delayed tracheal intubation group(n=40),By end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure control analysis of the survival rate.There’re differences between two groups of patients.Result: Emergency tracheal intubation in patients with delayed intubation patients,cardiac arrest(0min) petCO2 levels were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),two groups of patients with petCO2 levels in a successful tracheal intubation after 2,5,10,20min had a significant difference(P < 0.05),two groups of patients with initial resuscitation the success rate and the final recovery rate had a significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Cardiac arrest emergency intubation of patients significantly improve the success rate of recovery. |
