胎儿心脏超声序列切面检查在先天性心脏病诊断中的临床价值分析

目的:分析胎儿心脏超声序列切面检查在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断中的临床价值。方法:对742例高危孕妇采用胎儿心脏超声序列切面检查:四腔心切面,左室流出道切面、右室流出道切面、三血管切面、三血管气管切面、导管弓切面、主动脉弓切面、主动脉长轴切面、腔静脉长轴切面。结果:742例高危孕妇中检查出胎儿先天性心脏病26例,另外尚有3例产前漏诊,2例误诊,确诊率为83.87%,漏诊、误诊率为16.13%。结论:胎儿心脏超声序列切面检查对胎儿先天性心脏病有较高确诊率,可减少漏诊、误诊率。

The Diagnosis Value of Serial Section Examination for Fetal Echocardiography with Congenital Heart Disease

Objective: To study the clinical value serial section of fetal cardiac ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Method: High-risk pregnant women of 742 cases used serial section of fetal echocardiography examination: four-chamber view,left ventricular outflow tract section,right ventricular outflow tract section,section three vessels,three vessels tracheal section,catheter bow section,the aortic arch section,the long axis of the aorta section,long axis view of the superior vena cava.Result: 742 cases of pregnant women at high risk of fetal congenital heart disease,26 cases were checked out,there were still three cases of prenatal misdiagnosis and 2 cases of misdiagnosis,diagnosis rate was 83.87%,misdiagnosis rate was 16.13%.Conclusion: Sequences of fetal cardiac ultrasound examination of fetal congenital heart disease section has a higher diagnosis rate,can reduce the misdiagnosis rate
