复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹患者的生活质量评价

目的:临床观察复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪对慢性特发性荨麻疹患者生活质量的影响.方法:选择本院2008年10月至2010年8月皮肤病专科门诊的慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为两组:对照组105例,口服西替利嗪片10mg,1.次/d.治疗组108例,口服复方甘草酸苷片50 mg 3.次/d,同时每晚口服西替利嗪片10 mg,1次/d.,连用4周.两组治疗4周.记录治疗前后荨麻疹活动度评分以及皮肤病生活质量评分表.结果:治疗4周后,联合组症状迅速改善,生活质量明显高于其他两组,具有统计学意义.结论:复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效较单纯应用西替利嗪的效果更佳,并能提高患者的生活质量.

Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Cetirizine in Improving the Life of Quality Patients with Chronic Urticaria

Objective: In oder to investigate the efficacy and safety treatment on compound glycyrrhizin combined with cetirizine for acute urticaria,and assess the effect on quality of life.Method: All the patients with chronic urticaria were randomly assigned into two groups: treatment group(108 cases) and control group(105 cases).And the patients were taken cetirizine 10 mg daily for 4 weeks,and the treatment group added to take compound glycyrrhizin 50 mg,3 times one day.The severity of chronic urticaria in patients was rated according to UAS(Uticaria Activity Score).Dermatology life quality index(DLQI) questionnaire scores were used and then statistical analysis was made.Result: After 4 weeks,there were significant differences in the UAS and the quality of life among the two groups.The UAS and the quality of life scores significantly improved in the treatment group.There’s no severe adverse reactions.Conclusion: Compound glycyrrhizin combined with cetirizine can not only decrease UAS scores but also improve the DLQI in patients with chronic urticaria.
