老年低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗临床分析

目的:探讨老年人低位直肠癌保肛治疗的疗效.方法:收集我科自2000年1月至2010年1月期间收治的103例老年直肠癌患者,充分术前准备,其中56例行保肛手术,47例行非保肛手术,比较两组的术后并发症、局部复发率和生存率.结果:保肛手术组与非保肛手术组比较生存率和局部复发率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),保肛组手术并发症的发生率明显低于非保肛组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:老年低位直肠癌患者行保肛手术,既提高了患者生活质量,又不影响生存率和复发率.

Analysis of Ano-saving Surgery in Elderly Patients with Low Rectal Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the characteristics and effects of sphincter-saving resection(SSR)in patients with low rectal carcinoma.Method:From Jan.2000 to Jan.2010,103 senile patients(>60 years old) with low rectal carcinoma underwent radical operation:sphincter-saving resection(senile SSR group,56 cases)and patients with no-reserve anus operation(47 cases).The complications,local recurrence,and survival rates were analyzed.Result:There was no statistics difference in the partial recurrence rate and survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of operation complication of reserve anus group was obviously higher than no-reserve anus group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anus preservation operation can improve the life quality of the aged,shorten the operation complication.
