南昌市部分企事业单位女职工普查乳腺增生的状况及其危险因素调查

目的:分析南昌市企事业单位中女性职工乳腺增生症发生的危险因素,为该疾病的预防提供客观依据.方法:采用乳腺临床触诊检查、红外线乳透检查、乳腺彩超、乳腺X线检查和肿块活检等方法对南昌市部分企事业单位在职的2895名妇女进行乳腺疾病普查,并对全体受检者进行问卷式调查及危险因素统计.从中选取乳腺增生及正常女性,比较分析其乳腺增生的相关危险因素.结果:单因素分析,正常组与乳腺增生组人群中年龄、职业、初产年龄、母乳喂养、药物止乳、体重指数、家族史、情绪状态、饮食情况差异明显(P＜0.05),具有统计学意义,这些是乳腺增生发病的相关因素.多因素分析发现,年龄、母乳喂养、饮食以荤食为主、初产年龄等4项因素是乳腺增生的危险因素.结论:发生乳腺增生是多种因素共同作用的结果,应根据我国国情,人群特点采取各种预防措施.

Research and Screen on Risk Factors of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland in Physical Examination of Nanchang Enterprises Population

Objective: To explore the risk factors of mammary hyperplasia provide scientific foundation for prevention.Method: The study was conducted in 2895 females from Nanchang enterprises,all subjects underwent interviews and clinical examinations,and the prevalence of different breast diseases and the constitution were detected.Selected hyperplasia and normal females randomly,and compared differences between two groups.Result: Singularity unconditional logistic analysis shows the differences between two groups are age,occupation,primiparity age,breast feeding,using lactifuge,body mass index,family history,emotional state and greasy food,has statistical significance.Multivariate unconditional logistic analysis showed the risk factors are considered as age,breast feeding,primiparity age and greasy food.Conclusion: Synthetical measures should be taken to prevent mammary hyperplasia which can be affected by many factors.
