糖尿病足35例临床治疗分析

目的:探讨糖尿病足的有效治疗方法.方法:将我院2008年6月至2011年6月收治的64例糖尿病足患者,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(29例),观察组入院后给予胰岛素强化治疗控制血糖,同时实施健康教育,并采用改善微循环、抗感染及营养神经、局部处理、加强支持疗法等方法治疗,对照组采取传统的治疗方法；两组治愈率采用X2检验.结果:观察组治愈24例(68.6％),有效7例(20.0％),总有效31例(88.6％)；对照组:治愈8例(27.6％),有效14例(48.3％),无效7例(24.1％),总有效22例(75.9％).两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合治疗疗效显著,对糖尿病足应做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗.

The Treating Experience of 35 Patients with Diabetic Foot

Objective: To explore effective therapy for diabetes foot.Method: From Jun.2008 to Jun.2011,64 cases of diabetes foot were randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases and the contrast group of 29 cases.Synthetic treatments were applied in the treatment group by controlling blood sugar with insulin,improving microcirculation positive anti-infection,improving nutrition nerve,choosing local clearance of wounds,enhancing microcirculation and at the same time performed the implementation of health education.The contrast group was treated with traditional therapy.X2-test was used to detect the curative rates of both groups.Result: In the treatment group,24 cases(68.6%) were cured,7 cases(20.0%)were improved and the curative rate was 88.6%;In the contrast group,8 cases(27.6%) were cured,14 cases(48.3%) were improved and no effect occurred in 7 cases(24.1%) and the curative rate was 75.9%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment is effective in treating diabetic foot.It is quite important to find out,diagnose and treat diabetic foot early.
