| 摘 要： | 目的建立治带片中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.2%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH值为7.1)(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长215 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果苦参碱在0.32~1.92μg的范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.5%(n=5)。结论本法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining matrine in Zhidai Tablets by HPLC.Methods Using C_(18) column and acetonitril-0.2%triethylamin solution(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 7.1)(20∶80) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),and the detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results The linear relationship of matrine was the range of 0.32～1.92 μg.The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.5%(n=5).Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable for the quality control. |
