两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术临床分析

目的 探讨两孔法腹腔镜下行精索静脉高位结扎术的手术方法和效果,并与开放精索静脉高位结扎术作对比,探讨两者的优缺点.方法 采用两孔法腹腔镜下分离高位结扎精索内静脉152例,其中行双侧46例.同期行开放单侧精索静脉高位结扎术131例.结果 全部手术均成功.住院天数腔镜组平均7.4天,开放组平均9.2天;手术时间腔镜组18～45分钟,平均26分钟,开放组28～55分钟,平均38分钟.住院费用腔镜组平均7138元,开放组平均4738元.住院时间和手术时间有显著性差异.结论 两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术具有创伤少、手术时间短、操作简单、易掌握、病人痛苦小、康复快、住院时间短等优点,值得应用推广.

Laparoscopy Varicocle Ligation with Two Trocars for Treatment of Varicocele

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic varicocle ligation with two trocars as compared with open surgery for treatment of varicocele.Methods The clinical data of 152 cases(46 with bilateral operation)receiving laparoscopic varicocle ligation with two trocars(group A)and 131 cases receiving open varicocle ligation(group B)were retrospectively analyzed.Results Allprocedures were practiced successfully.In group A,both the hospital stay and the operation time were better than those in group B(mean,7.4d vs 9.2d;26min vs 38min),while in group B,the cost of operation were less than group A(4738 yuan vs 7138 yuan).Conclusions As compared to open varicocle ligation,laparoscopic varicocle ligation with two trocars has the advantages of rapid recovery,less pain shorter opetation time and easier procedure.It deserves to be used widely.
