支气管哮喘病人嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡的研究

目的探索支气管哮喘病人嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡情况.方法对30例支气管哮喘病人分别于急性发作期、缓解期和30例健康人经纤维支气管镜取支气管肺泡灌洗液用免疫细胞组化方法进行嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡的研究.结果支气管哮喘病人急性发作期,治疗后的缓解期和健康人组EOS凋亡百分比分别是(3.50±1.59)%,(5.53±2.22)%和(6.90±3.27)%.三组间差异显著(P均＜0.001).结论支气管哮喘病人存在着EOS凋亡异常,经激素治疗后可改善EOS凋亡.EOS凋亡是支气管哮喘发病机理中的主要环节之一.

Investigation of eosinophil apoptosis in asthma patients

Objective: To investigate the inhibition of eosinophil apoptosis in asthma patients. Methods: 30cases of asthma patients who were both in acute attack stage and in stable stage and 30 healthy men were received bronchofibroscopy to take the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) . Apoptosis of eosinophil of BALF was investigated by TdT -mediated dutpnic end labeling (TUNEL). Results:The percentage of apoptotic eosinophil were (3.50+ 1.59)% in acute attack group and (5.53 +2.22)% in stable stage group of asthma patients. The percentage of apoptotic eosinophil was (6.90 + 3.27) % of healthy men group. The statistics difference in 3 groups was signification (P ＜ 0.001 ). Conclusions :There were inhibition of eosinophil apoptosis in acute attack of asthma patients. The inhibition of eosinophil apoptosis may be one of the important mechanism reasons of asthma. Methylprednisolone may promote eosinophil apoptosis in asthma patients.
