| 摘 要： | 高度统一的卫勤指挥体系和科学高效的指挥策略，是实现军地救援力量效能最大化，灾区医疗工作长效化的关键。本文通过对军地医疗救援力量优势分析，对军地一体化医疗救援体系构建目标和内容进行了初步的研究和探讨，并对地震灾害军地一体化医疗救援体系模式构建过程中，需要注意的问题进行了思考。

| Abstract: | It plays a vital role that a highly unified command system of medical support and conducting strategies in a scientific and effective way to maximize the efficiency of rescue resources and regularize the health service of earthquake disaster areas. Based on an initial stage research, the author discussed the objects and contents related to establishing the combined medical support system of army and local governments by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of military and local medical support resources. An in - depth analysis was also brought out of related - problems involved in the procedures for establishing combined medical support system of army and local governments during earthquake disasters. |
