摘    要:目的建立一种快速,简易的SDS-PAGE染色方法。方法用考马斯亮蓝G250和磷酸作为染色液,用水作为脱色液。并和考马斯亮蓝R250染色方法比较。结果该方法染色背景浅,脱色简便,且灵敏度和考马斯亮蓝R250染色方法相当。结论改进的考马斯亮蓝G250染色方法更加简便、经济、快速。适合于快速分析。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quick and easy method for SDS-PAGE protein staining.Method The Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250 was dissolved into the ethanol and phosphate,then the SDS-PAGE was stained with the solution.Several hours after staining of the protein,the SDS-PAGE was washed with H_ 2O.The results were compared with traditional method(Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250).Result The gelatin stained with this solution had a clear background and destaining was easy and equally sensitive as compared with traditional method.Conclusion The modified method was simple,fast,economical and suitable for quick-testing.
