| 摘 要： | 对不同产地轮叶泽兰进行初步质量评价.方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定不同产地轮叶泽兰中金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山柰素的含量.结果:3个产地的轮叶泽兰中金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山柰素的含量分别为安徽1.067 mg/g、0.303 mg/g、0.429 mg/g;盱眙0.686 mg/g、0.192 mg/g、0.258 mg/g;镇江0.513 mg/g、0.164 mg/g、0.212 mg/g.结论:该方法快速简便,重现性好,以3种主要黄酮成分为指标可以更全面的控制轮叶泽兰药材的质量.

| Abstract: | To evaluate the quality of different places of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC. Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol in different places of E lindleyanum DC. Results:The contents of three flavonoids in E. lindleyanum from Anhui were found to be 1.07 mg/g, 0.303 mg/g and 0.429 mg/g; 0.686 mg /g, 0.192 mg/g, 0.258 mg/g from xuyi and 0.513 mg/g,0.164 mg/g, 0.212 mg/g from Zhengjiang, respectively.Conclusion:The method is rapid and simple with good repetition and can be used for quality control of E. lindleyanum DC. |
