摘    要:目的:了解肝炎患中TTV的感染情况,方法:应用Nested-PCR对137份甲-庚型肝炎、31份非甲-庚型肝炎及104份献血员进行TTV DNA检测,同时用ELISA法检测抗TTVIgG。结果:TTV基因检出率分别为甲-庚型肝炎20.44%,非甲-庚型肝炎29.03%,献血员13.46%,抗TTVIgG检出率分别为甲-庚型肝炎27.74%,非甲-庚型肝炎35.48%,献血员14.42%;甲-庚型肝炎、非甲-庚型肝炎与献血组相比TTV DNA及抗TTV IgG均存在显性差异(P<0.01)。结论:肝病中存在TTV感染,TTV存在健康携带状态。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of TT virus (TTV) in hepatitis patients.Methods TTV DNA and anti TTV IgG were simultaneously tested by nested PCR method using primers from ORF1 of TTV genome DNA and ELISA ,respectively, in 137 hepatitis A E patients,31 non A E patients and 104 healthy blood donors.Results The positive rates of TTV DNA were as follows: 20.44%(28/137) in A E hepatitis patients; 29.03%(9/31) in non A E hepatitis patients; 13.46%(14/104) in blood donors. There were significant difference between every two groups, respectively (P<0.05). The positive rates of anti TTV IgG were 27.74%(38/137) in A E hepatitis patients; 35.48%(11/31) in non AE hepatitis patients and 14.42%(15/104) in blood donors. There were also significant difference between every two groups, respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion Our investigation suggested that there existed TTV infection among hepatitis patients. Some of the normal and blood donor groups infected with TTV could become healthy carries of the virus. TTV might be transmitted by blood transfusion. The anti TTV IgG might be used as maker for detection of TTV infection.
