| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜微创术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的手术配合经验。方法:术前做好特殊仪器、物品、患者的准备,术中特殊体位的摆放,熟悉手术步骤,主动及时无误配合。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开放手术。结论:认为术前精心细致的准备,术中密切有序的配合,严格无菌操作是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the experience of nursing cooperation in endoscopic thyroidectomy for thyroid tumor.Method: To make preparation of medical apparatus and necessary articles before operation,grasp the procedure of operation and act correctly and promptly during operation.Result: Endoscopic thyroidectomy in all patients were carry out successfully.Conclusion: Sufficient preparation of apparatus,close operation cooperation and strict aseptic technique can improve cooperation quality. |
