消脂饮对大鼠实验性高脂血症防治作用的研究

目的：探讨消脂饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法：采用饲喂高脂乳剂建立高脂血症模型，测定脂类代谢中生化指标，及血清、心肌中超歧过氧化物酶(SOD)活性和过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果：消脂饮各组与模型组比较均能明显的降低高脂血症大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量，降低血清和心肌中MDA含量，提高血清和心肌中SOD活性。结论：消脂饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠具有预防和治疗作用，其机理可能是通过清除自由基，提高机体抗氧化能力。

Protective and Therapeutic Effects of Xiao-Zhi Potion on the Hyperlipoiemia in Rats

Obiective To explore the effect of Xiao - Zhi Potion on the hyperlipoidemia. Methods Hyperlipoidemia model was created by feedng high fat emulsion in the rats. The biochemical changes related with lipoid metabolism were detected. The SOD activity and the MDA contents in the blood serum and cardiac muscle were determined. Results The total cholesterol and triglyceride and low density lipoprotein levels in the rats serum were significantlg reduced in the experimental group as compared with the control growp. The MDA contents were significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group. The SOD activity was significantly increased in the blood serum and cardiac muscle of each treatment group compared with the control group. Conclusion Xiao - Zhi Potion can effec-tivly treat and prevent experimental hyperlipoidemia in the rats, and its mechanism may be associated with removing the free radical and enhancing body's capability of anti - oxidation.
