阿托伐他汀10mg治疗老年人高脂血症疗效观察

目的：观察阿托伐他汀（立普妥）10mg的降脂疗效及耐受性。方法：为一项自身对照方式的临床研究。选取56例老年高脂血症患者，每天服用阿托伐他汀10mg ,疗程6周。结果：治疗6周后，血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）、载脂蛋白B（AproB)分别降低了30．6％、27．3％、40．8％、36．2％（P均＜0．01），降低TC的总有效率为92．2％，降低TG的总有效率为68．4％。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C）升高8．3％（P＜0．05）。升高HDL－C的总有效率为66．7％。结论：立普妥是老年人高效、安全的降脂药物。

Treatment Efficacy of Atorvastatin in Elderly Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe treatment efficacy of 10 mg.atorvastatin(lipitor).Methods To investigate the change of blood lipids level before and after te the eatment of 10 MG.atorvastatin every day for 6 weeks on 56 hyperlipidemic old patients.Results After 6 week treatment,TC were decreased 30 6%,TG were decreased 27 3%.LDL C were decreased 40 8% and AproB were decreased 36 2%(P<0 01).Total therapeutic effect of TC decrease was show in 47 cases(92 2%).Total therapeutic effect of TG decrease was show in 26 capses(68 4%)HDL C was increased 8 3%(p<0 05).Total therapeutic effect of HDL C increase was show in 10 cases(66 7%).Conclusion lipitor is a safe and effect medicine in therapy of hyperlipenia in elderly patients.
