胃恶性肿瘤术前CT诊断价值（附15例分析）

目的本文旨在探讨胃恶性肿物的CT表现及其术前诊断价值。方法选取纤维胃镜及活检病理证实15例胃恶性肿瘤作CT薄层及重叠扫描。结果 15例中,胃癌9例,胃恶性溃疡1例,胃底癌4例,胃恶性淋巴瘤1例。其中7例胃癌及1例胃恶性淋巴瘤无任何肿瘤转移及外侵征象,作了手术切除,术中发现与术前CT检查相符,7例已有肝转移及胃外侵,不宜手术治疗。结论 CT是胃恶性肿瘤手术前评估最有效方法,应作为外科术前常规。

Preoperative CT diagnosis of the malignant gastric neoplasma:an analysis of 15 cases

Objective To discuss the CT findings of malignant gastric neoplasms and to assess their significannce for the preoperative diagnosis.Methods Fifteen patients with maglignant gastric neoplasms confirmed by fibrogastroscopy biopsy and pathology underwent preoperative thin-slice and overlap CT scans of the abdomen.Results The study demonstrated that there were 9 gastric carcinomas,1 cancerous gastric ulcer,4 esophagogastric-junctional carcinomas,and 1 malignant gastric lymphoma in 15 cases.Of whom,7 gastric carcinoma and 1 malignant gastric lymphoma underwent the surgical resection because no any metastasis was found,simultaneusly,intraoperative findings were entirely correspondent with preoperative CT findings,while another 7 patients who had hepatic metastases and extra-gastric invasion underwent non-surgical treatment.Conclusion CT is a most effective modality in the preoperative evaluation of malignant gastric neoplasm and it should be taken as a conventional examination.
