| 摘 要： | 摘 要他克莫司(Tacrolimus)是一种钙调神经磷酸酶抑制药(calcineurin inhibitor，CNI)，是与环孢素类似的新型免疫抑制药。本文综述了近年来他克莫司治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征(refractory nephrotic syndrome)的研究进展，包括与环孢素、麦考酚酸酯等其他免疫抑制药的疗效对比、用法用量、不良反应及临床评价等，为临床合理使用提供参考。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACTTacrolimus is a kind of calcineurin inhibitor (CNI), and it is a novel immunosuppressant with similar efficacy to ciclosporin. This paper reviewed the recent advances in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children with tacrolimus, including the comparison of efficacy, dosage, adverse effects and clinical evaluation with the other immunosuppressive agents such as ciclosporin and mycophenolate mofetil in order to provide reference for clinics. |
