舒胃愈胆胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的疗效观察

目的 观察舒胃愈胆胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法 102例慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组51例。治疗组给予舒胃愈胆胶囊合奥美拉唑治疗，对照组给予奥美拉唑，对照组中幽门螺杆菌感染者加服阿莫西林胶囊及克拉霉素胶囊，治疗组中幽门螺杆菌感染者不予加服其他药物。治疗组和对照组均服用2周为1个疗程。结果 治疗组有效率为94.12%；对照组有效率为78.43%，2组疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者治疗前后症状积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组血清前列腺素E2、人生长抑素、表皮生长因子与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒胃愈胆胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

bservation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shuwei Yudan Capsule Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis and Liver-stomach Disharmony

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuwei Yudan capsule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and liver-stomach disharmony. METHODS One hundred and two patients with chronic superficial gastritis and liver-stomach disharmony were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group (51 cases for each group). The treatment group were treated with Shuwei Yudan capsule combined with omeprazole, the control group were given omeprazole. In the control group, patients with helicobacter pylori were treated with amoxicillin capsule and clarithromycin capsule accessorially, and patients with helicobacter pylori in the treatment group were not treated with other drugs accessorially. The treatment group and control group were taking 2 weeks for a course of treatment. RESULTS the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%. the effective rate of the control group was 78.43%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). there was statistical significance(P<0.05) of symptoms integral before and after treatment in two groups. The serum prostaglandin E2, somatostatin and epidermal growth factor in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION There is significant effect of Shuwei Yudan capsule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and liver-stomach disharmony, it is worthy of clinical application.
