1例多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗后静脉血栓栓塞的用药分析和药学监护

摘 要 目的：探讨临床药师在多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗后静脉血栓栓塞病例中发挥的作用。方法: 临床药师积极参与1例多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗后静脉血栓栓塞的治疗，对沙利度胺、多柔比星脂质体、地塞米松联合化疗后静脉血栓栓塞的原因进行总结分析，提出处理意见，对患者进行用药教育。结果: 临床药师与医师合作，发挥自身专业特点，提出治疗建议，提高了治疗效果和用药安全，增加了患者的依从性。结论: 临床药师参与临床治疗，可以从药物角度为临床提供治疗参考，保障患者用药安全，提高患者的满意度。

Medication Analysis and Pharmaceutical Care Performed by Clinical Pharmacists for One Multiple Myeloma Patient with Chemotherapy Induced Venous Thromboembolism

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the development of individualized drug treatment regimen for multiple myeloma patients with venous thromboembolism. Methods: One multiple myeloma patient suffering from venous thromboembolism after being treated with thalidomide combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicinand dexamethasone was selected as the example. The cause and treatment of venous thromboembolism and the pharmaceutical service were analyzed. Results: With the help of clinical pharmacists, the patient conquered the chemotherapy induced venous thromboembolism, and clinical pharmacists enhanced the awareness of pharmaceutical care and played a positive role in the safe and effective drug use. Conclusion:The optimization of drug therapy with the help of clinical pharmacists can improve clinical curative effect and safety of drug treatment.
