| 摘 要： | 目的观察放疗联合氟尿嘧啶缓释剂植入治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法局部晚期胰腺癌患者64例,随机分为实验组(放疗+氟尿嘧啶缓释剂植入治疗)和对照组(放疗+全身化疗),每组各32例患者。氟尿嘧啶缓释剂植入:在CT引导下穿刺将氟尿嘧啶缓剂植入肿瘤体内。化疗:采用吉西他滨1000mg/m2,放疗开始的第1,8,29,36天应用。放疗:采用三维适形放射治疗,D t=40GY,3GY/次,2次/周。结果①近期疗效:治疗组CR 4例,PR 22例,SD 3例,PD 4例,有效率为81.3%,对照组CR 2例,PR 20例,SD 5例,PD 5例,有效率为68.8%,两组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.906,P=0.824).②生存率比较:1年生存率:治疗组25%,对照组12.5%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.946,P=0.086)。③CBR:实验组有效18例,稳定10例,对照组有效11例,稳定8例,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.677,P=0.035)。④毒性反应:I-II级消化道反应发生实验组28例,对照组32例,二组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.667,P=0.039),I-II级血液系统毒性反应发生实...
