| 摘 要： | [目的]观察止嗽散治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。[方法]80例感冒后咳嗽患者按简单数字表随机法分为两组:对照组40例给予西替利嗪治疗,观察组40例在此基础上加用止嗽散化裁,比较两组患者的临床疗效。[结果]观察组疗效优于对照组,药物副反应小于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗感冒后咳嗽较单纯西药治疗有更好的效果,且能减少部分药物副作用。

| Abstract: | [ Objective q Observe the clinical effect of therapy of combining traditional chinese and western medicine in treating cough after cold. [ Method ] 80 patients who have cough after a cold were divided randomly into two groups, 40 patients respectively, 40 cases in control group with chlorpheniramine maleate and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride treatment, 40 cases in observed group based on the use of cutting cough powder ; Compare the clinical effect the two group. [ Results ] The observed group is better than the control group in the cllnical effect. [ Conclusion ] Therapy of combining traditional chinese and western medicine on cough after cold better than the simple effect of western medicine, and can reduce the side effects of some drugs. |
