| 摘 要： | 罗格列酮治疗糖尿病前期患者12周，结果与对照组相比，血糖、胰岛素水平降低，肱动脉顺应性和血一氧化氮水平增加。提示罗格列酮能够改善内皮细胞功能，可能与NO合成增加有关。

| Abstract: | After treatment of pre-diabetic patients with rosiglitazone （Avandia 4mg/d） for 12 weeks,the levels of fasting glucose（4.9±0.5 vs. 6.2±0.7,P〈0. 001） and insulin （7.4±1.9 vs. 12.7 ±2.4,P〈0. 001） were decreased,and endothelium-dependent vasodilation （EDV） （9.2± 2.6 vs. 7.9 ±2.5,P〈0.05） and nitric oxide （NO） （53.2±19.3 vs. 43.7±12.5,P〈0.05） were increased as compared with control group, indicating that rosiglitazone ameliorates endothelial dysfunction probably through NO release. |
