| 摘 要： | 目的 :调查老年人的生活质量状况及可能的相关影响因素。方法 :采用一般资料调查表、生活质量综合评定问卷 (GQOLI- 74 )、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)及流调中心用抑郁量表 (CESD)、简易精神状态检查表 (MMSE)及日常生活功能量表 (ADL)对三组老年人 (干休所 86名、老年公寓 76名、社会福利院及养老院 89名 )进行评定。并有少量老人获得基础生理生化指标。结果 :干休所老人的生活质量及认知功能好于老年公寓的老人 ;后者又好于社会福利院及养老院老人。结论 :老人生活质量受焦虑、抑郁、日常生活能力、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、认知功能等因素的影响 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the quality of life of the aged people and its possible influencing factors.Methods:251 aged people were evaluated by the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74),the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD),the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the Ability of Daily Life(ADL).Results:The aged people from the Institute of the Retired Cadres got better scores both on the GQOL-74 and on the MMSE than those from the Old People's Home in the Third Hospital of Sichuan Province,and the latter got better scores on both scales than those from the Welfare Institute.Conclusion:The old people's quality of life is related to anxiety,depression,ADL,age,education,marriage state and cognitive functions. |
