| 摘 要： | 通过对天麻种内变异不同类型的天麻素进行薄层层析和高压液相色谱的定性定量分析，结果表明它们的薄层层析结果非常相似，高压液相色谱的色谱峰数和保留值也基本一致，只是峰面积或峰高差异较大。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the gastrodin in various types of Gastrodia elata quantitatively and qualitatively by means of TLC and HPLC.The TLC result shows the various types of G.elata to be almost the same.The HPLC result reveals that the peak number and retention times of these various types are similar,but the peak areas or peak heights are different. |
