| 摘 要： | 建立了测定黄芪甲甙的ＨＰＬＣ法，采用Ｃ１８柱，流动相为乙腈水（１∶２．３），检测波长为２０３ｎｍ。用此法对黄芪６种炮制品中黄芪甲甙的含量进行了对比研究。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a study on the drug-processing of the root of Astragalus membranaceus. A HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside IV in its processed products has been established. The recovery is 96.1% and the RSD is 2.15%. |
