34例儿童过敏性紫癜特异性IgE检测结果分析

目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜特异性IgE（sIgE）检测在诊断及治疗中的意义。方法采用瑞典法玛西亚公司Immun CAP体外变应原诊断系统,以荧光酶联免疫法检测34例过敏性紫癜患儿血清15种常见变应原（目标变应原）sIgE,并据病史、生活、饮食及家长要求等因素个性化检测32种变应原sIgE。结果目标及个性化变应原共检测342例次,其中15种目标变应原sIgE共检测257例次;32种个性化变应原sIgE共检测85例次。目标变应原sIgE阳性检出9种,个性化变应原阳性检出5种;34例过敏性紫癜患儿血清变应原sIgE仅有4例有阳性检出。结论血清sIgE检测可为临床避免接触过敏原、针对性忌口提供有价值的信息,从而杜绝因盲目忌口对患儿生长发育的影响。

Determination of sIgE in 34 cases of Henoch-Schoenlein purpura

Objective To investigate the significance of specific IgE(sIgE)in diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schoenlein purpura in children.Methods Fifteen types of serum sIgE of the familiar allergens(the target allergens)and 32 types of serum sIgE of the individual allergens were tested by Pharmacia UniCap system and fluoro enzyme-linked immune assay in 34 children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura.Results The familiar allergens(the target allergens)and the individual allergens in serum were totally determined for 342 times,including 257 times of 15 types sIgE in the familiar allergens and 85 times of 32 types sIgE in the individual allergens.Nine types were positive in the target allergens and 5 types in the individual allergens.Of 34 children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura,sIgE was positive in 4.Conclusion The detection of serum sIgE can provide the value information for keeping away from allergens,avoiding certain allergic foods and preventing the effect of avoiding blindly certain foods on growth of children.
