甲泼尼龙和泼尼松在原发性肾病综合征治疗中的感染发生率分析

目的探讨两种不同的糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙和泼尼松在肾病综合征治疗过程感染发生率。方法回顾分析了近三年来,在我院就诊的110例原发性肾病综合征患者使用甲泼尼龙或泼尼松治疗者,将其分为甲泼尼龙组和泼尼松组,比较两者在足量激素使用期、减量期及维持缓解期2组患者感染发生率的不同。结果甲泼尼龙组及泼尼松组均有明显的感染发生率,但在激素减量阶段甲泼尼龙组较泼尼松组有更高的感染发生率,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲泼尼龙在原发肾病综合征治疗过程中更易导致感染的发生。

Analysis of infection incidence in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with methylprednisolone and prednisone

Objective To analysis the infection incidence in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with methylprednisolone and prednisone. Methods 110 primary nephrotic syndrome patients were treated with methylprednisolone or prednisone in the recent 3 years in our hospital. It can be divided into methyl prednisolone group and prednisone group, To analysis the infection incidence of the in two groups in the stage of the full amount of hormones, reduction period and maintain remission. Results The incidence of infection were obviously in methylprednisolone group and prednisone group, but methylprednisolone group had a higher incidence of infection in the hormone reduction period , the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion methylprednisolone are more likely to cause infection during the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.
