枸杞多糖对糖尿病小鼠模型免疫功能的影响

摘    要:利用静脉注射四氧嘧啶 ( 10 0mg/kg)诱导制备糖尿病小鼠模型 ,观察LBP D对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠免疫功能的影响。研究表明 ,小鼠在注射四氧嘧啶后 72h ,灌胃 (ig )给予LBP D ,连续 10d ,糖尿病小鼠NS对照组免疫功能明显降低 ,而LBP D组显示LBP D具有明显促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖、调节T淋巴细胞亚群及提高IL 1和IL 2水平的功能 ,使四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠免疫功能恢复接近正常。研究结果显示 ,LBP D对糖尿病模型小鼠有免疫调节治疗效应

Abstract:An experiment diabetes mouse model was induced by intravenous injections of alloxan monohydrate (100mg/kg),and LBPD was administrated 72 hours after injections of alloxan for 10 successive days It was found that LBPD had a remarkablly enhancing effects on the immune functions including the enhancement of lymphocyte proliferation,upregulation in the numbers of T lymphocyte subsets,elevations of the IL1 and IL2 levels,and recovery of the immunocompromised functions of the alloxan-induced diabetes mice near to normal These experimental results implicate that LBPD appears to have a immunoregulatory effect on the alloxaninduced diabetes mice
