传染病房空气消毒方法的监测与分析

摘    要:目的 探讨对传染病房有效、无害、经济、使用方便的空气消毒方法。方法 采用紫外线照射、草留香纯中药消毒剂熏蒸、含氯消毒剂和酸氧化电位水喷雾进行空气消毒,并比较消毒效果。结果 4种消毒方法经统计学处理,差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 ) ,消毒后菌落数均<5 0 0CFU/m3 。结论 上述4种空气消毒方法均有效,但酸氧化电位水是高效、速效、环保、操作简单的消毒剂,较适用于传染病房的空气消毒。

Abstract:Objective To study the effective, harmless, economical and convenient air disinfection methods employed in infectious disease unit. Methods Air in infectious disease unit was disinfected with ultraviolet light, pure Chinese herb fumigation, chlorine-containing disinfectant and electrolyzed oxidizing acid water respectively. Results There were no significant differences among above disinfection methods (P> 0.05), the colony forming units after disinfection were all less than 500 CFU/m 3. Conclusion The above four air disinfection methods are all effective, but electrolyzed oxidizing acid water is more applicable to air disinfection in infectious disease unit due to its high efficiency, quick action, environmental protection and easy operation.
