| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下泪小管断裂吻合术中寻找断端的简易方法及支撑物选择。方法外伤性下泪小管断裂48例,均在显微镜下采用直视联合注水寻找断端,以硬膜外导管作为支撑物。结果48例下泪小管断裂患者均成功吻合。结论下泪小管断裂只要准确无误寻找到断裂端并进行正确吻合,术后留管时间恰当,都可取得满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss easier method in repair of lower canalicular laceration.Methods The 48 cases of lower canalicular laceration were treated under operative microscope, water was injected to look for the breakpoint of the canaliculus, the block-anesthesia.The meter spinalis were used to support the canaliculus.Results The lower canalicular laceration of 48 case were all subjected to anastomosis successfuly. Conclusion In lower canalicular laceration repair correct finding out the breakpoints and anastomos them,and taking appropriate canal-preserved time would obtain satisfactory therapeutic results. |
