| 摘 要： | 血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEi)在临床上是作为心血管和肾脏疾病比较安全的治疗药物,其毒副作用较少。近年来发现癌症病人长期使用ACEi可以降低癌症发病率和死亡率。体内外实验表明,ACEi可以抑制肿瘤生长和转移,抑制肿瘤血管生成和细胞外基质降解等。ACEi抗癌作用的机制涉及干扰RAS系统(主要是抑制血管紧张素转化酶活性),以及抑制基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)活性等。几个大样本的流行病学研究发现,ACEi抗癌效果受到ACE的2个基因多态性A-240T和插入/缺失(I/D)影响。在含有低风险等位基因(A和I)的人群中ACEi抗癌效果比较明显,但这一现象在各个种族中有较大差异,并且受到绿茶饮用量等因素影响。既然ACEi已经在临床上广泛使用而无严重毒副作用,这为我们提供了癌症治疗和化学防护的新策略。
